At Madiba Bay School of flight we teach flight for no other reason than it is our passion. You see, we can still remember why it is we started to fly in the first place…before flying became aviation…the silver blur of speed at an air show, the sheer freedom of flight, the excitement of experiencing the power and speed of a fine, beautiful machine, becoming one with it, the awesome beauty of the world from above, seeing it as only the birds do….we like to say that we put the fun back in flying
Of course for those with their hearts set on a career in the airlines, our experience level is deep enough to include the airline environment enabling us to properly school you in the mind sets and attitudes required.
Our goals may be summarized thus: To keep you alive while you are learning to fly and to make sure that you are having the time of your life while you are at it. We understand that flight training is 80% people and 20% flying. People will always be more important to us than anything else. We love to see the joy on our student’s faces as they master the most gentle of arts.
We do our very best to keep the PPL within the 6 week - 45 hr time frame thus saving you time and money and we only accomplish this goal by keeping a personal interest in your progress.
We do not claim to be better than any of the fine schools in our area, but we are unashamed in saying that we have the personal touch and always endeavor to give attention to individual needs. We really care about the people who fly with us.
